This week’s Life Book assignment is to write about anything you want. You can find something special from your house to glue inside your book or a special photo. Have fun and return your book to school tomorrow. Remember to write at least 5 sentences about your something special.

The Nate Mack Student Council members have voted on these spirit days for the week of December 18-22:
Monday: Holiday Hat Day Tuesday: Candy Cane Day (wear red and white) Wednesday: Santa vs. Reindeer Day (which will you be?) Thursday: Ugly Sweater Day Friday: Pajama Day We will be going on our field trip to the Clark County Museum tomorrow, December 14, 2017.
The bus will leave school at 9:15 AM and return by 12:45 PM. We will be having a late lunch at Nate Mack when we return. Please have your child bring a sack lunch to school. Your child needs to wear tennis shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. We will be outside. This week’s Life Book assignment is to write about something special your family does during the holidays. You can include a photograph or draw your own picture. Have fun, be creative and write at least 5 sentences including a closing sentence.
Please help Student Council fill stockings for homeless children in our community. We are collecting small gifts and personal items to fill holiday stockings which will be given to these children in need. Students range in age from Kindergarten to 5th grade.
Ideas include NEW: --books --gloves --small toys --socks --Legos --puzzles --baby dolls --games --hats --school supplies Student Council will be collecting donations until December 15. You can drop your donations off in the school office, Mrs. Marsh’s room, or Mrs. Bichsel’s room. Student Council thanks you for your support!! We will be putting a timeline in the Life Book on Monday. Have your child draw a picture or glue a photo in each box to match the heading and then complete the sentence at the bottom.
